Sessions
Little/BIG Ballers Session
The Little/Big Baller program will consist of skill development (right and left and dribbling, ball control, shooting technique/drills, defensive stance/footwork along with making good passes). In addition to the skill development, we give them the opportunity to put all of that into practice during our competitive segments, which are 1 on 1, 2 on 2 and 5 vs 5. Teaching how to play the right way along with competing at a high level are points of emphasis during the competitions.
Over the years and throughout all of our training sessions, one of the best things that happens is players develop confidence through,
1) repetition
2) encouragement and
3) seeing results.
And last but certainly not least, we create an environment in which all of the players have fun!!

Advanced Dribbling/
Offensive Moves
This one hour segment will be a heavy concentrated dose of dribbling and working on offensive moves to create space as well as to score. Many players today either over-dribble the basketball or don't know how to utilize the dribble to get to certain spots on the floor. One of the things that we will emphasize is the less dribbles you take, the quicker you are! In addition to a lot of drills and repetitions related to transition ballhandling, attacking the gaps, creating shots off the bounce, we will also touch on the mental aspect of what it means to be a floor general. Lastly, we will also have opportunities to compete as well.
