Gerald Jarmon is the founder of Nothin’ But Next and brings more than 20 years of playing, coaching, and training experience to the organization. A four-year starting point guard at the University of Richmond, Gerald helped lead the Spiders to their historic NCAA Tournament upset of Syracuse before playing professionally in France, South America, and Australia. He has coached at both the collegiate and high school levels and has spent more than two decades training athletes of all ages. Gerald specializes in building confidence, developing skills, and helping players prepare for what comes next.

Brandon Miller is a 2012 Central Dauphin Basketball alumnus whose playing career continued at Harrisburg Area Community College in 2013 and Delaware County Community College in 2014. He graduated cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science and went on to play four seasons of semi-professional basketball in the ABA for the Central Pennsylvania Kings. Brandon previously served as a varsity assistant boys basketball coach at Lebanon High School and was recently named head basketball coach of the Central PA Kings. He has spent more than six years as a personal basketball coach and trainer with Nothin’ But Next and also serves as the organization’s Assistant Program Director. His passion is working with the youth and being able to spread his knowledge of the game. Helping the youth grow into responsible, hard-working young adults is what makes the journey so special to him.

Coach Sweeney is a longtime coach, mentor, and advocate for student-athletes, with a passion for helping young people reach their full potential both on and off the court and field. With years of experience working with athletes and families, Emne'ko has been deeply involved in the development, recruiting, and growth of young athletes pursuing opportunities at the next level. His background in coaching has given him a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face navigating academics, recruiting, athletics, and the path to college. Emne'ko is committed to sharing his experience and helping athletes and their families make informed decisions throughout their journey.

James Braxton is from Brooklyn, NY. He moved to Harrisurg, PA, in 2007 and went to Camp Curtin Elementary School. He attended high school at John Harris, and throughout high school, played 4 years with the 3-Star Foundation, which is where he met Coach G. No college hoops, but 3 years semi-pro, and now he's helping give back to the community by helping young boys and girls strive to be great in basketball!
